One Era Ends, A New One Begins, Newsvine Founder Mike Davidson Leaves the Building

It came as quite a shock. I hadn't seen Lauhal around for quite some time and suddenly she was there. As soon as I saw her seed was from Mike Industries I knew something was happening. Sure enough, the guy who started it all, Mike Davidson, Founder of Newsvine, was retiring from the site. Moving on to broader vistas. Knowing Mike, we will hear more from him in the future.

I hope he knows (and really, I know he does) the legacy he leaves behind. Love it or leave it Newsvine is the best site on the Internet for people to get together and blog to their hearts' content. Let's hope his leaving won't mean Newsvine will be any less. A few days back I noticed Calvin Tang was around a little more often. Does that portend? Does anything portend? Quo Vadis Newsvine?
